The Network Support Specialist also manages phone systems deployed throughout our health system campuses as well as remote offices. Network Support Specialist Position Requirements Education# Associate#s Degree required or 3#years of experience maintaining an enterprise-wide, leading-edge voice, video, and data network in lieu of degree. Bachelor#s Degree preferred Experience Experience with network/telecommunications closets and physical network infrastructure required. Experience with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and its entire suite voice products and phone systems preferred. Experience with video conferencing systems is preferred. Experience with Avaya Phone systems and related products preferred. Experience with Mitel Phone systems and related products preferred.
