## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in an implementation, project, or consultancy role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment
 * Technical curiosity over coding skills: you learn new tools fast and explain them even faster
 * You use AI as a natural part of your daily work, not as an afterthought
 * Clear, confident communication and experience change management
 * C1-Level German and English, any additional language is a plus
 * Willing to travel across the DACH region and to our HQ in The Hague
 * Bonus: experience with Salesforce, a project management tool, PRINCE2 or similar methodology, or a background in hospitality
