## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
 * 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Release Management, DevOps, or Software Delivery.
 * Initial leadership experience and strong potential to further develop people and organizations.
 * Experience with Agile development, CI/CD, software delivery, and test automation.

 * Strong understanding of software testing, quality assurance, and release management.
 * Familiarity with Linux-based development and deployment environments.
 * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and execution-oriented mindset.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * High level of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
 * Fluent German and strong English communication skills.

## Description

* Lead, coach, and develop a team of Release Managers, Test Engineers, and Test Automation Engineers across sites.
 * Define and execute the Test & Release strategy aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
 * Drive organizational growth, capability development, and resource planning.
 * Foster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
 * Collaborate closely with Developers, Architects, Product Managers, and Customer Support.

Testing, Release & Customer Delivery

 * Define and execute the test strategy for ASV products.
 * Plan and coordinate testing, software releases, patches, hotfixes, and customer deliveries.
 * Integrating from multiple development streams into quality releases every sprint.
 * Ensure sufficient validation coverage and release readiness.
 * Continuously improve testing, release management, and deployment processes.
 * Ensure customer feedback and field issues are reflected in testing and release planning.
 * Ensure predictable, high-quality software deliveries.

Test Automation & Continuous Improvement

 * Define and steer the test automation roadmap.
 * Support the adoption of automated testing solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
 * Drive continuous improvement based on quality metrics and customer feedback.

Hands-On Contribution

 * Actively support testing, release coordination, and customer delivery activities.
 * Contribute technical expertise during critical project phases.
 * Act as escalation point for release-critical issues and delivery risks.
