In addition to your experience in influencing multidisciplinary teams across Design, Engineering and Product you have following skills: - Proven experience leading enterprise-scale design systems. - Strong design leadership with the ability to influence without formal authority. - Excellent interaction, visual and systems design skills. - Technical
fluency with design tokens, front-end frameworks and design tooling. - Deep knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design. - Strategic thinking aligned with business and product goals. - Outstanding communication, facilitation and stakeholder management. - Cross-functional leadership and change management capabilities. - Fluent English; German is a plus.
