* IT-Retter: Du priorisierst mit unserem Ticketsystem die Supportfälle, suchst Lösungen und behebst die Störung. Die Dokumentation der Störungsmeldungen ist für dich selbstverständlich.
 * Kundenbetreuung: Du betreust und unterstützt bei Weiterentwicklungsthemen der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Cloud-Kunden.
 * Interne IT-Infrastruktur: Du kümmerst dich um den Aufbau von neuen Arbeitsplätzen und bist erster Ansprechpartner bei der Betreuung der internen Infrastruktur.
