## About the Role

Education: A university degree (BA/BS) is required.

Experience: Candidates must have 7+ years of related work experience, including designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures.

Technical Skills: Experience with drawing tools such as Microsoft Visio or AutoCAD is required.

Certifications: DoD 8140 IAT II Baseline Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or CCNA-SEC) and a CCNP/JNCP or equivalent certification are required., * Experience supporting OCONUS Army networks.

 * Experience working with USFK and US Army Network infrastructure in Korea.
 * CISSP certification.

## Description

* Lead site surveys and engineering teams in the design of modernized network architecture.
 * Review and analyze network management and monitoring tools to provide network topology, configuration, and bandwidth utilization.
 * Support the creation of network architectures, topology diagrams, and data flow artifacts using tools like Visio for wired, wireless, and mobile broadband solutions.
 * Develop Engineering Implementation Plans (EIP) and a corresponding List of Materials (LOM).
 * Provide technical Level of Efforts (LOE) for survey, design, and implementation to support resource-loaded schedules.
 * Participate in internal and external technical discussions for multiple global time zones.
 * Design, implement, and document secure network architectures, including compliance checklists and documentation.
 * Ensure all installations meet industry safety standards and that sites are restored to their original or better condition.
 * Develop and perform technical presentations for customers.
