The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, strong collaboration, technical rigor, and the ability to translate sponsor and mission needs into practical engineering solutions. The role requires familiarity with Intelligence Communities architectures and Air Force acquisition processes., * Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience. * Must have an active Top Secret/SCI U.S Government issued Security Clearance. Per the U.S. Government's eligibility requirements, you must be a U.S Citizen to be considered for a security clearance. * This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week on-site., * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering related discipline, or equivalent combination of related education and work experience. * Professional or expert level networking certification(s). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills This requisition requires the candidate to have a minimum of the following clearance(s) ## Description The L616 - Enterprise and Tactical Networking Department within MITRE Technology and Engineering specializes in complex network challenges vital to national well-being.
