## About the Role

* Du hast ein sehr gut abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in einem vorzugsweise technisch orientierten Studiengang (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL mit IT-Bezug)
 * Du überzeugst durch mindestens 7 Jahre relevanter Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, in der Softwareentwicklung, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), PMO oder in der Beratung inkl. Erfahrung im Budget- oder Projektcontrolling
 * Du verfügst über solide Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering oder in der Business-Analyse und dem sicheren Umgang mit gängigen PM-Methoden
 * Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools und kannst aus fachlichen Anforderungen heraus konkrete KI-Einsatzszenarien ableiten, strukturiert bewerten und dabei Aspekte der verantwortungsvollen Nutzung von Anfang an mitdenken
 * Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen strukturiert aufzubereiten, verständlich zu kommunizieren und Stakeholder zu steuern
 * Du verfügst über Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (z.B. PMI, PRINCE2, GPM/IPMA)
 * Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft runden Dein Profil ab

## Description

* Übernimm Verantwortung in Teilprojekten oder PMO-Strukturen und entwickle standardisierte Methoden, Prozesse und Reportings
 * Bereite Entscheidungen für Projekt- und Programmleitungen vor, arbeite eng mit IT- und Business-Stakeholdern zusammen und bringe Struktur in komplexe Projektsettings
 * Analysiere komplexe Problemstellungen und End-to-End-Prozesse, strukturiere sie adressatengerecht und leite fundierte, umsetzbare Lösungswege ab
 * Verantworte die Erarbeitung klarer und konsistenter Anforderungen und führe Teams durch die Ausarbeitung tragfähiger Konzepte von User Storys bis hin zu fachlichen und technischen Zielbildern
 * Präsentiere Ergebnisse auf Leitungsebene, moderiere Workshops und unterstütze Kunden dabei, Veränderungen organisatorisch und technisch umzusetzen
