Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Serverhardware und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen und technischer Dokumentation
Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung und Organisation von Supportanfragen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einer wechselnden Rufbereitschaft am Wochenende

## Description

IT Servicetechniker Onsite (m/w/d) Für ein Projekt im industriellen IT-Umfeld suchen wir einen IT Servicetechniker Onsite (m/w/d). Im Fokus stehen Hardware-Rollouts, IT-Workplace-Services, Onsite-Support für Windows-Clients sowie die Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an industriell genutzter Hardware wie Panel PCs und Industrial Tablets. Der Einsatz erfolgt direkt am Standort Augsburg im Onsite-Support-Umfeld. Eine gelegentliche Rufbereitschaft am Wochenende ist vorgesehen und wird zusätzlich vergütet. Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben: Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Workplace-Hardware im Unternehmensumfeld
Durchführung von Hardware-Rollouts und Arbeitsplatzbereitstellungen
Onsite-Support für Windows-Clients und Business-Anwender
Analyse, Fehlerdiagnose und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
Betreuung und Support von industriell genutzter Hardware wie Panel PCs und Industrial Tablets
Unterstützung bei IT-Service-Anfragen im Onsite- und Remote-Support
Dokumentation von Störungen, Lösungen und durchgeführten Maßnahmen
Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und technischen Rollouts
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs vor Ort
Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft im Wechselmodell (zusätzliche Vergütung)
