This position will work closely with our Sales Team, Sales Support Team, Sales Leadership, and CRM provider to ensure our CRM is not simply a database, but a tool that helps our employees work more efficiently and supports the entire sales process. The ideal candidate enjoys the combination of technology, sales, training, problem-solving, and process improvement. You'll Be Successful in This Role If You... * Enjoy helping people become more confident with technology. * Can translate technical concepts into simple, practical instructions. * Want to understand the entire sales process-not just the CRM. * Naturally look for ways to make processes easier, faster, and more efficient. * Are comfortable asking questions and challenging existing processes when there may be a better solution. * Take ownership of projects from idea through development, testing, implementation, training, and follow-up. * Are approachable and enjoy working directly with Sales Representatives and support teams. * Have a continuous-improvement mindset and enjoy turning business needs into practical CRM solutions. What Success Looks Like Success in this position means creating a CRM environment that employees understand, trust, and consistently use. You'll help Braden improve CRM adoption, strengthen new Sales Rep onboarding, improve data quality, increase automation, reduce manual processes, and introduce new functionality that makes our Sales and Sales Support Teams more effective.
