## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other relevant quantitative fields
 * 2-5 years of successful professional experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on one or more of the following: product development, financial markets, brokerage operations, systems analysis, or data analytics
 * Experience with trading infrastructure & connectivity; FIX is a plus
 * Critical thinker, analyzing relevant data to draw conclusions, troubleshoot problems and make appropriate decisions
 * Standout colleague, collaborating across diverse business partners such as Technology, Sales & Trading, Legal/Risk/Compliance
 * Detail oriented, with a sense of ownership when addressing anything that poses a risk to our customers or our business
 * Effective communicator, fostering positive relationships through stakeholder engagement and timely responsiveness
 * Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously

## Description

Fidelity Capital Markets (FCM) is seeking a Product Manager to support the Fixed Income Product team's digital trading experience. As a Product Manager, you will serve as a business lead and product owner to prioritize, define, and implement product initiatives applying product development principals alongside a technical team. The group is looking for someone who has experience with financial markets, brokerage operations, or high-level product design. The role offers the opportunity to absorb and synthesize information, hone problem-solving skills, and improve processes using an innovative product perspective.
