Technical Knowledge * Cloud Platforms: Advanced architecture design on Microsoft Azure and/or AWS/GCP, including hybrid connectivity, HA/DR, cost governance, and landing zone design. * Infrastructure: Deep expertise in compute, storage, networking (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and data center transformation. * Modernization & Automation: Solid knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Bicep), Kubernetes/containers, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. * Security: Zero Trust frameworks, identity (Entra ID/Azure AD), endpoint security, and compliance requirements (GDPR, ISO 27001, ENS). * ITSM Integration: Ability to align infrastructure proposals with service management models (ITIL-aligned operations, Service Desk, monitoring/observability * Experience * + in implementation of methodologies and processes in the services. + in transformation and evolution of ITO services + transition of ITO services + in Portfolio Management. + in designing ITO services for large corporations + Data Center Transformation assessments + Definition of Cloud Strategies and Roadmaps + Architecture Design Business & Communication Skills * Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1+) and Spanish; able to adapt the message to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders. * Strong commercial awareness: licensing models, CAPEX vs. OPEX, build vs. buy decisions, and competitive positioning.
