## About the Role

* Strong Object-Oriented language experience

 * Strong relational database experience involving stored procedures, query tuning,

indexing, and performance troubleshooting

 * You understand how systems fail, and can navigate a full stack app - client, load

balancer, frontend, backend, DB - to find where it hurts

 * Comfortable with various API tech including REST and Web Sockets

 * Comfortable running AI agents and building them into your workflow

 * Embrace modernization efforts with a "yes and…" attitude

 * Familiar with agile development

 * Tech background in the following: ASP.NET MVC, C#, MS SQL, React, JavaScript, Web

sockets/SignalR

Desirable Skills

 * Shipped production code in more than 1 language

 * Production on-call experience

 * Experience with AWS technologies: EC2, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IAM, etc

 * Familiar with AWS Fargate

 * Used some form of automated DB migration tooling

 * Entity Framework experience

 * Functional programming language exposure
