Additional qualifying experience may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis. ## Description This role will focus on the architecture, design, integration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep Dynamics 365 expertise along with strong experience in Power Platform, Azure integration services, .NET/C#, SQL Server, and enterprise solution architecture., * Design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate. * Define system architecture across integrations, data migration, security, extensibility, and application lifecycle management. * Design integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management. * Provide architectural direction for Dynamics 365 extensibility using .NET/C# and Visual Studio. * Develop technical and functional design documentation. * Design data models and database structures supporting Dynamics 365 solutions. * Establish architecture and strategies for ALM, CI/CD, version control, and deployment. * Lead and provide technical guidance to development teams. * Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders at both team and leadership levels. * Support technical roadmaps, implementation strategies, architecture governance, and project milestones. * Ensure technical solutions align with business requirements, security standards, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
