 - Interesse an modernen Technologien und Artificial Intelligence sowie Erfahrung im produktiven Einsatz KI-gestützter Entwicklungstools wie Claude oder vergleichbarer Lösungen.
 - Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse.

Technologische Gesamtverantwortung für Architektur, Technologiestack und Qualitätsstandards des ToolScout \- vom Web-Frontend über die Backend-Services bis in die Cloud

 - Hands-on Full-Stack-Entwicklung: Sie konzipieren und implementieren gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Funktionen und modernisieren bestehende Komponenten kontinuierlich
 - Design, Aufbau und Betrieb einer skalierbaren Cloud-Plattform (Azure) inklusive CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring und Betriebssicherheit
 - Überwachung und Verantwortung für Betrieb, Support, Performance und Verfügbarkeit der Plattform einschließlich Cloud-Infrastruktur und Schnittstellen.
 - Fachliche Anleitung und Steuerung externer Entwickler sowie Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards durch Code Reviews und Best Practices.
