## Description

As one of two Senior Analysts, you will provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and mentoring to a team of two Data Analysts, working closely with the Business Intelligence Manager to support the delivery of the organisation's data and analytics strategy. You will act as a senior point of escalation for complex analytical work, collaborating with the other Senior Analyst to ensure high standards of analysis, reporting, and data quality. Together, you will help establish and promote best practice across reporting and analytical activities, drive continuous improvement, and support the development of the Data Analyst team.

You will lead the design and delivery of complex operational and strategic dashboards, reports and performance packs using Power BI, SSRS, SQL, Excel and Crystal Reports. Working with large datasets across customer, property, financial and colleague information, you will analyse trends and performance, translating complex data into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders at all levels.

You will also lead on data quality, governance and compliance, including ownership of assigned datasets and regulatory returns, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with GDPR and internal data standards. From a technical perspective, you will develop and optimise complex SQL queries and automated reporting solutions, and support system changes and the adoption of modern analytics approaches, including Microsoft Fabric where appropriate.

This role is suitable for hybrid working, combining home working with office-based working from our Head Office in Craven Arms, with occasional travel to other offices as required.
