* Erfahrung im Umgang mit AI Agents, AI Harnesses und KI-gestützten Entwicklungsprozessen
 * Interesse an Vibe Coding und ein gutes Verständnis dafür, wie KI sinnvoll in Entwicklungsworkflows integriert werden kann
 * Kenntnisse in .NET oder Node.js; eines der beiden Technologie-Ökosysteme sollte sicher beherrscht werden
 * Erfahrung mit einem modernen Frontend-Framework, bevorzugt Vue
 * Eigenständige Konzeption und Umsetzung von Frontend-Komponenten, responsiven Benutzeroberflächen, Backend-Endpoints und Applikationslogik
 * Kommunikationsstärke bei Problemen im Projekt oder Unklarheiten im Code sowie ein offenes, aktives Zugehen auf Projektpartner
Wünschenswert:

 * Erfahrung mit Flutter für die mobile Entwicklung
 * Erfahrung mit Testing, Testautomatisierung oder Qualitätssicherung in Softwareprojekten
 * Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-, Dokumentations- und Issue-Tracking-Tools wie Jira oder Confluence
