 * Ein gutes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und deren Digitalisierung durch Low-Code- und KI-Technologien zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie Kenntnisse in der Modellierung von Datenstrukturen im Microsoft Dataverse sowie in der Anbindung von Datenquellen und APIs.
 * Von Vorteil sind darüber hinaus Kenntnisse in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Conversational AI, Agentensystemen oder chatbotbasierten Lösungen sowie Grundkenntnisse in Azure-Diensten, beispielsweise Azure Functions, Azure AI Services oder Azure Storage.
 * Idealerweise verfügst du zudem über Erfahrungen mit Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Knowledge Bases oder KI-gestützten Assistenzsystemen und überzeugst durch konzeptionelles Denken, eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie Interesse an einer sicheren und datenschutzkonformen Nutzung von KI im Unternehmensumfeld.

## Description

* Dabei berätst du unsere Fachbereiche bei der Identifikation, Konzeption und Umsetzung geeigneter Anwendungsfälle auf Basis von Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Power Automate und weiteren Microsoft AI Services.
 * Du entwirfst und implementierst intelligente Agenten und Automatisierungslösungen, die Informationen bereitstellen, Geschäftsprozesse unterstützen und wiederkehrende Tätigkeiten effizienter gestalten.
 * Die technische Umsetzung, Integration und der Betrieb von AI-Low-Code-Lösungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg gehören ebenso zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich wie die Anbindung an Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse und weitere Unternehmensanwendungen.
 * Darüber hinaus fungierst du als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT, Informationssicherheit, Datenschutz und externen Dienstleistenden, unterstützt den Aufbau von Standards und Governance-Strukturen und bringst neue Entwicklungen und Innovationen aus dem Microsoft-KI-Ökosystem aktiv ein.
