Associate degree candidates with relevant experience will also be considered. * 2-4 years of project management, project coordination, or program management experience. * Recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (candidates should be prepared to demonstrate proficiency). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, and managing action items. * Ability to analyze project data and identify schedule impacts and risks. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities., * PMP or PMI certification. * Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, R&D, or technical project teams. * Knowledge of project scheduling, critical path analysis, and resource planning. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel. * Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and operational environments.
