Travel may include extended durations based on project assignments and business needs. ## Description As an Assistant Construction Project Manager, you will assist in managing large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects or independently manage smaller project scopes under the guidance of a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager. You will support all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, project controls, customer communication, quality management, and field coordination. This role serves as a key link between project management and field operations, helping ensure projects progress safely, efficiently, and in alignment with schedule, budget, and quality objectives. You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders while developing the skills necessary to advance into senior project leadership roles., * Assist Project Managers with the successful execution of mission-critical and hyperscale infrastructure projects. * Review project proposals, contracts, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, and execution plans to develop a complete understanding of project requirements. * Coordinate project activities with field leadership to help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. * Support project scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, procurement, and resource planning activities. * Assist with contract administration, customer communication, project documentation, and change management processes. * Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project activities.
