A commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus. Minimum Qualifications Technical Skills: * Must be able to work in a team environment and be a valued member of the crew and the company. * Must be able to understand RFDS. * Must be able to read and interpret construction/site documents and drawings. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and have advanced computer skills. * Must have excellent time, organization, and project management skills. Soft Skills: * Must be able to communicate at a high level in person, by phone, and by email with team members and clients. * Must be self-motivated with the desire to learn new things and project a positive attitude toward others in all work related settings. * Must be able to embrace company values and mission and exemplify leadership behaviors. * Must be able to read, comprehend and carry out instructions. * Must be able to work on a team and independently as required., Required: * High School diploma or general education degree (GED). * 2-5 years 5G, 4G/ LTE, CDMA, and/or UMTS integration experience required. * Must have at least 1 year of Samsung OEM equipment integration experience. Desired: * Systems support to include Verizon, AT&T, and/or T-Mobile within the past 6 months. * Skilled at installation, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems as they relate to equipment installation and failure Test & Turn-up Experience. * Experience testing and working with Fiber, RF, Electrical, CAT5/6, T1 Copper) and other technologies. * 2 years of experience working in a cell site environment. ## Description commissioning, integration, and testing of 5G and 4G/LTE on OEM equipment to include Samsung, Nokia, and/or Ericsson at customer Cell Sites. This position will work in conjunction with Deployment Teams, Engineering Leads, Management, and both internal and customer Remote Integration Centers. This is a safety-sensitive position. Key Responsibilities * Safety First - Put safety first and production second. Always. * Commission and integrate customer 5G and 4G/LTE on Nokia, Samsung or and/or Ericsson equipment.
