## About the Role

The ideal candidate has successfully led IT for a large, multi-site organization and is comfortable overseeing everything from infrastructure and new-site technology setup to troubleshooting, vendor management, cybersecurity, and day-to-day IT operations. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred., * 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably supporting a large, multi-location organization.

 * Proven experience leading IT infrastructure, operations, implementation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
 * Experience opening, integrating, or supporting technology across multiple facilities strongly preferred.
 * Strong knowledge of networking, cloud environments, cybersecurity, hardware/software management, and enterprise systems.
 * Experience managing IT vendors, projects, budgets, and technology implementations.
 * Healthcare or behavioral healthcare experience preferred.
 * Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data-security requirements is a plus.
 * Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills., * IT leadership: 3 years (Required)

## Description

* Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, systems, and support across multiple locations and states.
 * Oversee IT setup and technology implementation for new facilities and offices.
 * Manage networks, hardware, software, telecommunications, cloud systems, and enterprise applications.
 * Establish scalable IT processes, policies, security standards, and best practices.
 * Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical and infrastructure issues.
 * Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, licensing, and technology purchasing.
 * Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery.
 * Support healthcare technology environments while maintaining appropriate HIPAA and data-security standards.
 * Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, scalability, and cost.
 * Partner with executive leadership and department heads on technology initiatives and organizational growth.
