Fördern & Wohnen sucht eine Person für Personalcontrolling. Du arbeitest im Bereich Personalplanung und -steuerung. Du brauchst Erfahrung in Personalcontrolling und SAP HCM.  * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalcontrolling
 * Sehr gute SAP HCM Kenntnisse mit hoher IT-Affinität
 * Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel
 * Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Resilienz, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
 * Verhandlungsgeschick, Sozialkompetenz und Loyalität
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Erledigung des Tagesgeschäfts im Personalcontrolling
 * Beantwortung interner und externer Anfragen
 * Erstellung verpflichtender Reports (z. B. Statistiken) u. a. im Rahmen des Jahresabschlusses
 * Strategische Planung und Steuerung des jährlichen Personalbudgets
 * Erstellung regelmäßiger Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen
 * Weiterentwicklung und Abstimmung des Personal-Berichtswesens
 * Beratung von Führungskräften bei personalwirtschaftlichen Entscheidungen
 * Projektleitung oder Mitarbeit in SAP Personal-Projekten
 * Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung personalwirtschaftlicher Prozesse (von Ist-Analyse bis Rollout)
