 * Planung, Installation und Betrieb hochverfügbarer, virtualisierter Serverumgebungen und SaaS-Lösungen in Rechenzentren auf Basis von VMware, Microsoft Windows und Linux.
 * Betrieb von Notfallsystemen und Backup-Lösungen.
 * Betriebs- und Application Management.
 * Release- und Patchmanagement.
 * Endpoint und E-Mail Security.
 * Mobile Device Management.
 * Monitoring und Protokollierung (SIEM) der RZ-Lösungen.
 * Netzwerkplanung und -absicherung.
 * Installation und Betrieb von Zero Trust Workspaces.
 * Betrieb der eigenentwickelten Apps mantau und Cocuun sowie der eigenen Videokonferenz-Plattform auf Basis von Jitsi.
