## Description

* Verschiedene Abteilungen kennenlernen: Du arbeitest in den Abteilungen Support, Netzwerk und Sicherheit und erhältst so einen breiten Überblick über die IT und ihre vielfältigen Herausforderungen.
 * Praktisches Arbeiten in der Azubi-Werkstatt: Du hast die Möglichkeit, das Gelernte direkt umzusetzen und deine technischen Fähigkeiten im Praxiseinsatz zu stärken.
 * IT-Systeme verwalten: Du installierst, konfigurierst und betreust IT-Systeme und sorgst dafür, dass alle Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.
 * Schulungen für Anwender*innen: Du unterstützt Nutzer*innen unserer IT-Systeme, indem du Schulungen und Hilfestellungen anbietest.
 * Projektarbeit: Von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung - du entwickelst und implementierst komplexe Softwarelösungen in verschiedenen Projekten., Offene Kommunikation
