YOUR PROFILE

 * Several years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis or a comparable digital role
 * Strong understanding of E-Commerce processes and digital customer journeys
 * Ability to translate business needs into clear and implementable product requirements
 * Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
 * Experience working with agile software-development teams
 * Very good stakeholder-management and communication skills
 * Independent, structured and self-organized way of working
 * Fluent English; good German skills are an advantage

NICE TO HAVE

 * Experience in B2B E-Commerce
 * Experience in international or multi-country product environments
 * Understanding of connected commerce systems such as PIM, CMS or ERP
 * Experience in wholesale, distribution or professional customer environments

We are looking for a Product Owner E-Commerce who takes ownership of defined product areas and ensures that business needs are translated into scalable, valuable and implementable solutions.

You will work at the intersection of E-Business, IT and local sales companies.

Your role is not just to write user stories. You create clarity, challenge requirements, set priorities and ensure that the right solutions are delivered in the right way.

Turn business needs into scalable digital products and help shape the next generation of BERNER E-Commerce.

YOUR TASKS

 * Own and prioritize the backlog for defined areas of the BERNER Commerce Platform
 * Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
 * Align backlog priorities with the product roadmap and overall E-Commerce strategy
 * Challenge requirements and promote scalable, reusable and standard solutions
 * Lead refinements and support sprint planning, reviews and functional acceptance
 * Act as the functional interface between E-Business, IT, UX/UI, local markets and external partners
 * Manage cross-team and cross-system dependencies and drive required decisions
