You ensure Agile principles are effectively implemented while helping teams become increasingly autonomous, predictable, and high-performing at scale. You are passionate about continuous improvement, organizational agility, and creating an environment where teams can perform at their best What is your Day to Day Mission: * Facilitate cross-functional planning and delivery across the software and hardware portfolio, aligning product management strategy and roadmap with engineering execution. * Establish and continuously improve a scalable planning and delivery model grounded in Agile and Lean principles, encompassing product development, governance, system integration, testing, and release management. * Identify systemic impediments, organizational bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies, partnering with senior leaders and functional owners to drive resolution. * Coach senior leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and delivery teams on Agile leadership, outcome-based planning, prioritization, and effective decision-making. * Establish and monitor transparent measures of organizational delivery health, flow, quality, predictability, and release performance, using insights to drive corrective action and continuous improvement. * Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning across the product development organization
