You can trace a failed workflow across systems, understand where and why it failed, implement the appropriate fix, and make sure the process completes successfully. You are comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders, particularly when dealing with business-critical financial processes and tight fiscal deadlines. ## Description This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience developing and configuring BMC Remedy or BMC Helix ITSM, particularly in environments where ITSM workflows integrate with financial or ERP systems.
