Normal office equipment ## Description POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of databases within the department, as well as routine administration of media accounts, having a direct impact on consistency, accuracy and credibility of data to be used for departmental reporting and analysis., Essential Functions: which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position. * Develops and distributes management, marketing and sales reports using Salesforce, Oracle, Databricks, and other enterprise data platforms. * Manages the query/extraction, ingestion and use of all media data from third party data providers (including FCC, BIA, M-Street, S&P Global) and licensing partners (e.g., TVMLC). Acts as the department's liaison to such organizations. * Analyzes, evaluates, and interprets media data as necessary to provide analytics and administrative support to Media customer service representatives and licensing department management. * Monitors media licensing group email inboxes and online inquiries for Media customer service representatives. * Periodically compiles candidate listings for licensing outreach campaigns. * Assists in the development of department systems and operational procedures. * Regular attendance. * Other duties as assigned. * Supports our BMI Core Values and cultivates a culture of diversity and inclusion.
