Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets. Strong understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts. Experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization. Knowledge of AI technologies, Generative AI concepts, and AI-driven analytics capabilities. Understanding of data governance, compliance reporting, and regulatory analytics frameworks. Domain Skills Strong healthcare payer domain experience. Deep understanding of healthcare claims data and claims lifecycle processes. Familiarity with Payment Integrity concepts, including claim validation, overpayment identification, recoveries, pre-pay and post-pay review processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, clinical teams, and technology teams to gather and translate requirements into analytics solutions. Provide recommendations on end-to-end analytics workbench architecture for regulatory, compliance, and operational reporting. Develop data models, KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards that support strategic decision-making. Ensure data quality, accuracy, governance, and consistency across reporting solutions.
