Optional experience but extremely desirable: * Strong leadership qualities including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower the team. * Experience working in an Agile focused team including working with Product Managers and other key stakeholders * Understanding of the oil and gas industry and the associated domains including any regulatory requirements. Supervisory Responsibilities: * This position does not have any direct members reporting to it. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times., * Do you have at least 2 years of accounting experience within the oil & gas industry? * Do you have experience working with ERP systems (such as Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)? * How many years of experience do you have working in a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting software products? * Do you have experience working with Agile teams, including activities such as backlog management, requirements gathering, user stories, or sprint planning? ## Description * Product Vision/Roadmap Management: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives in cooperation with the VP of product/Product Manager.
