* Lead the functional design and configuration of Workday Compensation.
 * Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and design decisions.
 * Demonstrate Workday features and functionality to clients.
 * Configure Workday Compensation based on client requirements.
 * Develop and execute end-to-end testing scenarios.
 * Document and report end-to-end testing results.
 * Provide knowledge transfer and functional guidance to the client team.
 * Support testing, deployment, rollout, and cutover activities.
 * Provide functional support and guidance to team members as needed.
