You don't need to be fluent in our full stack (Golang, C#, TypeScript, and Python), but you need to be the kind of engineer who picks up new languages without friction. * AI workflow experience: You're already using AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor) as part of how you work day to day. Nice to have: * AI integration experience: Embedding AI capabilities directly into a product or process (LLM-powered features, AI APIs, agents, or similar). * Cloud experience: Hands-on work with AWS or Azure, deploying and managing services in production environments. * Full-stack and serverless experience: Working across frontend, backend, APIs, and data, including serverless technologies (Lambda, event-driven architectures, or equivalent). * Broader software engineering experience: Prior experience working as a software engineer on solutions that aren't necessarily RPA-related. * Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL), scripting, or writing standalone tools and background workers. ## Description We operate in a high-volume, low-margin industry where reliability and speed both matter.
