You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, helping staff with systems, equipment and digital workflows. The role supports our move toward modern digital care including ambient AI, neighbourhood digital tools and ICB led programmes., You will work closely with the Operations Lead to keep our digital environment secure, efficient and well supported.
