## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * 8+ years of project management, program management, product management, or related experience.
 * Experience leading AI, Generative AI, LLM, or Agentic AI initiatives.
 * Working knowledge of Python.
 * Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
 * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred skills

 * PMP certification or similar project management credential.
 * Experience within medical device, healthcare, or other regulated environments.

## Description

* Lead the delivery of AI and Agentic AI initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
 * Drive the design, development, and implementation of AI skills and autonomous agents that address complex business and engineering needs.
 * Partner with engineering teams to support platform onboarding, gather feedback, and increase adoption of AI solutions.
 * Collaborate across technical and business teams to translate user needs into actionable requirements and project plans.
 * Define and track success metrics, including solution reliability, performance, accuracy, and user adoption.
 * Manage multiple priorities while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
 * Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular project updates to ensure successful outcomes.
