## About the Role

* Telecommunication systems expertise and familiarity with industry standards
 * Information Technology (IT) systems knowledge, including basic troubleshooting and integration
 * Cable and Fiber Equipment installation and maintenance experience.
 * Experience with low voltage (copper/fiber) cabling and network infrastructure
 * Strong written and oral communication skills
 * Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals in various situations
 * Demonstrated problem-solving ability and analytical skills
 * Willingness to learn and apply new technology

## Description

* Partner with cable vendors to install, inspect, and troubleshoot cabling
 * Install, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic and copper cabling, including patch panels and patch cords
 * Ensure that the Data Center and vendor installations comply with all installation practices
 * Manage work and priorities through a ticketing system to complete customer requests and projects
 * Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain site cleanliness
 * Perform cable and fiber equipment installation and maintenance across various environments
 * Support low voltage cabling and network infrastructure, ensuring proper layout and connectivity
