This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. ## Description * Serves asa Development Lead,Sustainment Lead or Sustainment Subject Matter Expert (SME). * Provides expert-level knowledge ofsustainmentlife cycle management activities for programs and project operations. * Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel,manpower,logistics, and contracts. * Developsblock diagrams and logic flowcharts. * Translates detailed design into computer software. * Designs, codes, tests, debugs, andrefinesthe computer software to produce the required product. * Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. * Enhancessoftware to reduce operating time and improve efficiency. * Provides technicaldirectionto programmers, as required, to ensure that program deadlines are met. * Devises ormodifiesprocedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results., * Location: Remote with periodic support at Fort Belvoir or other places in the National Capitol Region. * Type of environment: Remote * Noise level: Low * Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday - Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. * Amount of Travel: less than 10% List of Approved States, This position supports an upcoming government contract proposal and is contingent upon contract award and government approval.
