## About the Role

* 5+ years of RTE, Product Owner or Scrum Master experience
 * Experience working in JIRA

## Description

As the Xcelerator Release Train Engineer - Level 4 you will be responsible for guiding the Xcelerator Agile Release Train, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

 * Leading the Agile cadence, ensuring participation from team members and key stakeholders across the ART
 * Working closely with product owners, developers, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of value across the enterprise
 * Facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning readiness and execution
 * Coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on SAFe, Agile, Lean, and Scrum practices
 * Managing risks, dependencies, and impediments, escalating and tracking them to resolution
 * Tracking and reporting ART progress, risks, and dependencies using PI objectives, burn-down/up charts, and other metrics
 * Lead retrospectives and drive actionable improvement initiatives
