## About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Project to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting innovative project initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization., * 8-10+ years of experience managing technology projects, preferably within a regulated environment.

 * Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft SharePoint.
 * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
 * Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
 * Relevant certifications such as PMP or PMI are preferred.

* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects within the organization.
 * Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
 * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to align with strategic objectives.
 * Manage project interdependencies and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
 * Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring operational readiness and compliance throughout project lifecycle.
