This is an onsite entry level role located in McKinney, TX What You Will Do: The System Design & Architecture (SD&A) Directorate is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within RMD, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System Security Engineering (SSE). The Land Warfare and Missile Defense Department supports Raytheon by providing world class technical expertise and engineering leadership to drive the design and development of world-class Air and Missile Defense Systems, Sensors, and Effectors. This department leads all aspects of Systems Engineering that drives the development of complex systems to support Raytheon's Land Warfare and Air Defense (LWAD) mission areas from our McKinney, TX location. Systems Engineers within this department solve technical challenges at the System of System (SoS), System, Subsystem, and Component levels.
