Triage tickets, fix configuration issues, and escalate what needs deeper platform work. * Administer adjacent GTM tools such as Gong and Apollo.io, covering configuration, user access, and troubleshooting so the whole stack stays reliable, not just Salesforce. * Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems and the wider RevOps team on the Salesforce roadmap and on territory, quota, and forecasting configuration changes. * Run release management: test changes in sandbox, coordinate deployments, document field-level and process changes, and tell end users what changed.
