The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EDMCS, enterprise metadata management, master data governance, and Oracle EPM Cloud applications. This individual will play a key role in designing scalable metadata governance frameworks and integrating EDMCS with Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, consulting skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead onsite and offshore teams throughout the complete project lifecycle., Solution Architecture & Design * Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) solutions. * Define enterprise metadata management strategies and master data governance frameworks. * Design scalable metadata, hierarchy, and organizational data management solutions across Oracle Cloud applications. * Recommend Oracle EDMCS best practices, standards, and governance models. * Define solution architecture aligned with enterprise data governance requirements. Requirements Gathering & Business Process Analysis * Conduct workshops with business and technology stakeholders to understand metadata and master data management requirements. * Analyze current-state data governance processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities. * Translate business requirements into EDMCS functional and technical solution designs. * Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design discussions, and stakeholder review sessions. * Develop functional and technical documentation for EDMCS implementations. Metadata Governance & Master Data Management * Establish and implement enterprise-wide metadata governance processes. * Define and manage enterprise metadata structures, including: * Chart of Accounts (COA) * Cost Centers * Departments * Legal Entities * Product Hierarchies * Business Units * Organization Structures * Implement metadata approval workflows, governance processes, and change control mechanisms. * Ensure consistency, accuracy, quality, and compliance across enterprise metadata. * Define processes for metadata lifecycle management and governance operations.
