(i.e. Splunk, SolarWinds, Data Dog, etc.) * Respond to network and system issues promptly to minimize downtime. * Troubleshoot and resolve basic network problems, escalating complex issues as needed. * Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and changes using ticketing systems.
