This is not a traditional software-engineering seat. Rather than shipping a single product, you will design, build, and maintain the internal tools, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows that make a regulated financial-services operation run better - turning business problems into practical, working solutions and iterating quickly as needs evolve. You will work closely with our Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams in a heavily regulated environment, where a good solution is not just one that works, but one that works within the rules. What You'll Do * Design and build internal tools, dashboards, and automations that streamline operations across Collections, Compliance, Legal, and HR. * Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing workflows - document analysis, classification, intake triage, drafting assistance, and reporting. * Build and maintain integrations against our collections platform and other internal and vendor systems via their APIs. * Prototype rapidly, gather feedback from internal stakeholders, and turn promising prototypes into dependable, maintained tools. * Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure every tool respects data-security, privacy, and regulatory constraints. * Document what you build so it is supportable and auditable.
