This position is responsible for the day-to-day inventory and warehouse operations that keep our field technicians equipped, organized, and ready to serve our customers. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting things done. This is a hands-on position with a high level of individual responsibility and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team environment while playing an important role in a fast-paced operation. What You'll Do * Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring equipment, materials, tools, and assets are accurately tracked and organized * Maintain accurate inventory levels for warehouse equipment, technician inventory, company tools, and other company assets * Receive, scan, track, and record incoming and outgoing inventory using company inventory systems and handheld scanners * Pre-stage daily equipment and material allocations for field technicians to ensure they have what they need to complete scheduled work * Work directly with technicians to reconcile inventory, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate equipment records * Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify purchase orders, inspect equipment for discrepancies or damage, and accurately enter inventory into company systems * Process equipment returns and return authorizations while maintaining accurate shipping and tracking records * Conduct regular warehouse and technician inventory audits and investigate inventory discrepancies * Maintain a clean, safe, efficient, and highly organized warehouse, parking lot, and loading areas * Assist with company vehicle and equipment inspections in accordance with company policies * Coordinate and deliver equipment or parts to technicians in the field when operational needs require it * Maintain accurate documentation and submit timely inventory reports to corporate inventory and operations teams * Identify inventory or warehouse issues and proactively work with leadership to resolve them * Help ensure company inventory procedures and accountability standards are consistently followed
