## About the Role

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
 * Strong experience with Allen Bradley, Rexroth, and Siemens PLC/controllers.
 * Knowledge of motor controls, drive systems, servo motors, and AC/DC electrical systems.
 * Must be able to troubleshoot electrical and controls-related equipment issues.
 * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, twist, pull, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
 * Ability to train on and operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts while following proper fall-protection procedures.
 * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
 * Must be willing to complete required safety training, including LOTO, Fall Protection, Arc Flash, and HAZMAT.
 * Reliable attendance and ability to work according to facility guidelines required.

## Description

* Troubleshoot and repair electrical, controls, and PLC-related equipment failures to maintain production uptime.
 * Perform equipment upgrades, electrical system repairs, and programming related to new equipment installations.
 * Work with Engineering and EHS teams to support equipment improvement and capital projects.
 * Diagnose and maintain motor controls, drive systems, servo motors, and AC/DC electrical systems.
 * Complete maintenance work orders and safety-related tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
 * Maintain a safe, clean, and team-oriented work environment while following all required safety procedures.
