The role translates customer requirements and incomplete site information into buildable, cost-effective solutions; develops the associated scope, estimate, schedule assumptions and proposal; and coordinates the technical inputs required from utilities, engineering, vendors and subcontractors. Following award, the Sales & Solutions Engineer leads a disciplined handoff to Engineering and Project Management while remaining available to support scope clarification and pricing.
