The Senior Web Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping our clients' digital presence by delivering high-caliber, visually engaging web designs. This position supports the Creative Department and our clients through expertly crafted visual solutions that not only look stunning but also serve the functional needs of users. As a creative and analytical designer, you'll work with the creative team to ensure pixel-perfect designs across desktop and mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX best practices. Your ability to translate complex concepts into seamless, intuitive designs will be key to effectively communicating our diverse clients' messages to their target audiences. In this role, exceptional technical skills in web design are paramount, alongside strong organizational and communication abilities. You'll collaborate closely with the team and contribute to the development of design strategies that resonate with users. Since many of our clients are medical professionals, your ability to adapt and learn new concepts quickly will be crucial as you balance complex website projects with ongoing learning about the medical field., Because our small agency has made a big name for itself in the medical marketing space, our clients expect and truly deserve the attention of an experienced professional with: * Proven Expertise: BA/BS degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field. In lieu of degree,4+years' experience in an agency environment; or equivalent.Previous background should include demonstrated ability to deal with customers/clients, responsive web design and current design standards: expert use of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, web fonts (Adobe and Google fonts), browser inspector tools, and demonstrable understanding of HTML, CSS, UX, and SEO. * Leadership: Right-hand person to the Creative Services Manager in the design world.Possess a level head, real world experience and the ability to combine these two sides of you to create ideas that make you and your team proud, and our client successful.
