## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree.
 * Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, preferably in the nonprofit industry.
 * Proficiency in Blackbaud software or equivalent donor database management systems.
 * Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and rectify data discrepancies and errors.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support team members.
 * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of precision.
 * Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

## Description

* Daily management of the data base including gift processing, acknowledgement correspondence, and constituent management and updates.
 * Manage and maintain our Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
 * Working with our student relations and stewardship staff, manage and maintain our Blackbaud Awards Management database.
 * Working with the Chief Financial Officer, act as a backup for our Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT database.
 * Implement data management best practices and strategies to optimize database functionality and performance.
 * Conduct regular audits of donor data to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
 * Generate and analyze donor data reports, providing insights and recommendations to inform fundraising strategies.
 * Collaborate with development and alumni engagement teams to ensure seamless data integration and alignment with organizational goals.
 * Assist in the development and implementation of data collection and reporting protocols.
 * Provide training and support to team members on data management systems and practices.
 * Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in donor data management.
 * Other duties as assigned
