## About the Role

* Active DoD Secret clearance
 * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce CRM
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and declarative configuration (flows, validation rules, reports)
 * Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and managing requirements across the full project lifecycle
 * Proficiency in business analysis tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart) and documentation methodologies
 * Experience with data modeling, integration concepts, and CRM data migration strategies
 * Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Excellent writing and grammatical skills
 * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator certification
 * Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA certification
 * Experience supporting government or DoD programs
 * Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud

## Description

The Business Analyst will support the full end-to-end CRM lifecycle for an enterprise Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include tracking opportunities and leads, processing orders, onboarding new customers, managing customer engagements through campaigns, and supporting ongoing platform operations. This individual will analyze business processes, document requirements, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable platform configurations and improvements.

 * Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements across the Salesforce CRM lifecycle
 * Translate stakeholder input into specific, actionable system requirements (data objects, fields, workflows, dashboards) suitable for developer build tickets
 * Support all phases of the Salesforce implementation lifecycle including discovery, analysis, design, build, UAT, and deployment
 * Lead business process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments to identify opportunities for CRM optimization and automation
 * Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, data dictionaries, and acceptance criteria
 * Track opportunities, leads, process orders, and onboard customers within the CRM platform
 * Manage customer engagements through campaigns and outreach activities
 * Provide ongoing CRM support, manage enhancement backlogs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
